The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Thirteen, located several hundred miles east of the
northern Leeward Islands. Advisories are also being issued on newly formed Tropical Depression Fourteen, located a couple of
hundred miles east of the Honduras/Nicaragua border.

1. A tropical wave nearing the western Africa coast is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms within a few hundred miles of
the coastline. This wave is expected to move over the far eastern tropical Atlantic on Friday, and some slow development is possible
through the weekend while it moves west-northwestward at 15 to 20 mph across the eastern tropical Atlantic.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...20 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...40 percent.

a large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms. This wave is expected to move offshore over the far eastern tropical Atlantic on Friday, and it could become a tropical depression within the next few days while it moves west-northwestward at 15 to 20 mph
across the eastern tropical Atlantic. Environmental conditions are expected to become less favorable for development early next week. Regardless of development, this system will likely bring gusty
winds and heavy rains across portions of the Cabo Verde Islands this weekend.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...20 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...50 percent.

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Thirteen, located a couple of hundred miles east of the
northern Leeward Islands, and on Tropical Depression Fourteen, located just offshore the northeastern coast of Honduras.

1. A tropical wave located just off of the west coast of Africa is producing a large area of disorganized showers and a few
thunderstorms. This wave is expected to move farther offshore over the far eastern tropical Atlantic today. Conditions are
expected to be conducive for some development over the next few days, and the system could become a tropical depression before
environmental conditions become less favorable for development early next week.
This system is forecast to move west-northwestward
at 15 to 20 mph across the eastern tropical Atlantic, and regardless of development it will likely bring gusty winds across
portions of the Cabo Verde Islands this weekend, as well as heavy rains that could cause flooding.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...20 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...40 percent.

Esa futura onda tropical al oeste de Africa, a punto de salir en los próximos días, todos los modelos la desarrollan una vez este mas cerca de las Antillas con un posible impacto a PR entre el 2 y el 3 de septiembre. Sera la próxima onda que estemos monitoreando en este foro!

Gracias distinguido, esta mañana he visto varios modelos que traen el sistema a esta región de nuevo.
Me pareció extraño porque anoche lo pasaban al norte y hoy lo ponen más al sur de impacto directo con PR y RD, pero son modelos y falta mucho, ahora lo que sí sabemos con seguridad es que el que entre al charco va a tener poco impacto de polvo del Sahara.
