Dice el CNH que la onda ha salido de África y que se juntará con una baja presión al suroeste de Cabo Verde. Le dan para empezar un 20% a cinco días. Así que aquí vamos de nuevo.

200 AM EDT Sun Aug 13 2017

1. A tropical wave that has just emerged off the west coast of Africa
is forecast to move westward over the next couple of days and merge
with a broad area of low pressure located southwest of the Cabo
Verde Islands. Thereafter, environmental conditions are expected to
be conducive for gradual development of the system while it moves
westward to west-northwestward at 10 to 15 mph over the open
tropical Atlantic Ocean.

* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.

Bueno, nació en una latitud muy alta. Usualmente terminan bien al norte cuando se originan en esas latitudes. Veremos que tan fuerte estarán esos High para mantenerla al oeste franco.

Me puse analizar ese cono de proyección y en verdad q está mal por el NHC, yo ellos pondría ese cono hasta la Florida USA :mrgreen:
