DISCUSION Y PRONOSTICO DE 48 HORAS
----------------------------------
A las 700 PM CDT (0000 UTC), el centro de la Tormenta Tropical
Harvey fue localizado cerca de la latitud 28.9 Norte, longitud 96.8
Oeste. Harvey se esta moviendo hacia el sureste a cerca de 3 mph (6
km/h), y se espera que un movimiento lento hacia el sureste durante
los proximos dias. En la trayectoria pronosticada, se pronostica que
el centro de Harvey se mueva fuera del centro de la costa de Texas
el lunes y que permanezca casi estacionaria justo fuera de las
costas hasta el lunes en la noche.
Los vientos maximos sostenidos estan a cerca de 40 mph (75 km/h) con
rafagas mas altas. Se pronostican pocos cambios en la intensidad
durante las proximas 24 horas. Algun fortalecimiento leve es posible
despues de que el centro se mueva fuera de las costas el lunes en la
noche y martes.
Los vientos de fuerza de tormenta tropical se extienden hasta 140
millas (280 km) principalmente sobre las aguas hacia el este del

LLUVIA: Se espera que Harvey produzca acumulaciones adicionales de

norte de Texas y suroeste de Louisiana. Acumulaciones totales en
areas aisladas podran alcanzar 50 pulgadas sobre la costa norte de

los noticieros de alla, luego leyendo por las redes los pedidos de auxilio sin respuesta inmediata mientras el nivel de agua crecia en comunidades y finalmente un asilo donde el agua casi ya les llegaba a la cintura a lotos ancianos, me hacen pensar que pasaria si eso viene aqui tendriamos problemas. Aqui hay areas que si receiben mas de 30 pulgadas se inundarian incluyendo SJ. La recuperacion seria muy lenta, meses sin Luz y si los muelles quedan mal, la comida escasea. Mejor que El 93 se mueva al noroeste. Por otro lado tenemos lo que parece una secuencia sismica Al noroeste de Aguadilla y lo que parece un enjambre al norte de Culebra. Creo que acaba de temblar hace 2 mns.

6 TO 10 INCHES POSSIBLE ACROSS FAR NORTHERN MISSISSIPPI, WESTERN
TENNESSEE INTO SOUTHWEST KENTUCKY. THESE RAINS WILL ENHANCE THE
FLASH FLOODING RISK ACROSS THESE AREAS, ESPECIALLY FROM FAR
NORTHERN MISSISSIPPI, WESTERN TENNESSEE AND INTO FAR SOUTHWEST
