For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

Cloudiness and showers associated with a tropical wave located
several hundred miles southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands continue
to show signs of organization. Slow development is possible during
the next few days while the wave moves westward at 15-20 mph over
the tropical Atlantic.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...30 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...50 percent.

At 1800 UTC, 16 June 2017, LOW INVEST (AL92) was located in the North Atlantic basin at 5.0°N and 34.4°W. The current intensity was 25 kt and the center was moving at 11 kt at a bearing of 270 degrees. The minimum central pressure was 1009 mb.

para donde se dirige es muy temprano saberlo , pero los modelos lo mueven algunos al sur de PR . o quizás cerca ... de RD .. , pero es muy temprano saberlo .. todo depende que tan fuerte sea .
