Es cierto, pero Elsa se formó en huracán a 28mph. La naturaleza es indomable.

Theres actually no error in the map, recent ASCAT finds a closed but enlongated low level circulation, if this tightens up, we could have a TC by tomorrow.

El GFS comienza a enamorarse del sistema. Lo ve pasando ligeramente al norte de la isla, pero como un sistema fuerte. El hecho de que el GFS haya entrado al juego alinea a todos los modelos con la futura Grace.
